Flipnote was a DSi app that let people make mini animations from their DSi. They could upload to hetena from their DSi so others could watch. It was epic

It takes one's "art" pfp "id", and replace it. like my current PFP's id is 248593...also if that person change pfp, you gotta change the previois id to his/her current pfp's id. (and you gotta search in people's art gallery to find their pfp's id...) @Kashbanooka
