For some reason, the "Messages" button in My Zone is stuck on having a "1" notification on it. I've read every single message on there as well, so I don't have any new unread ones.

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

I heard that you suspect it's a message from a permabanned member. That's probably the reason.

One question to answer, then, is whether permabanning a member should result in all of their messages being removed at all.
