In school we did a world issue project and i helped out a Shelter in kenya by raising money and sending to the shelter. We raised $49.37...i kniw thats not alot but it still can be used for anything.

The shelter is for the hungry and for the kids who dont have a home. About 30-31 kids are there currently right now.The ages ange from 5- 18 years old. My group wanted to help childhoid hunger in kenya and hopefully we can make a change.

In school, we raised money for Malauwi. We raised $50/month for a few months, but sadly we stopped because we weren't motivated. Oh well. :(

Yea last year i did a project on animal cruelty n i just stopped thinking about it.

Yeah, but the Current Events is moreso for larger happenings. No offense, but I could babysit for 2 nights, and mae $100, then give to the Red Cross. "ZOMG, RAM JUST MADE WORLD HISTORY AND BREAKING NEWZ." No. This isn't for everyday happenings. Make a Blog, have it rejected, then leave this Forum.
