For ssbb, you just need to practice, learn the caracter, learn the caracters moves.
For mkw[Mario Kart Wii, I hope] it's all the wheels ;). butbseriously, all you need to do is take the shortest path. lets say you're playing Yoshi Falls, there are Alot of turns, for this one, all turns go to the left, so when you're goingaround the turn, stay as far right as you possibly can. same thing with right turns, stay to the right side.
