This is just a little rant I made on a mood. Don't mind me. Why do we always deny people when they ask what's wrong? The reason they're asking must be some reasonable one, so why do we always say that nothing is wrong when we know it isn't true? Deep down, a lot is wrong if we act different based on something that's happening or happened to us, if we truly can't find that previous strength that was easy to tap just to smile. So why, do we take it upon ourselves to avoid someone who took the time to notice that 'tiny' mood shift or our loss of previous strength, to lie to them about it when we see they care if we're sad or upset in any form?
Why of all things do we lock ourselves into hiding? I don't see why! We should all be able to smile at something, have something to believe in that makes smiling worth it, right? Sure, times are hard. We all know it. Somebody, something, anything we look forward to to see the next day. If anything, we all have that inner strength to smile. But sometimes we don't notice it well enough. It's always there, hiding within us and our normal lives. So let me ask you to do something. Take notice of the people you have in your day and how they affect it. Take notice of your friends and what they do to show they do care about you. Take notice of kind gestures of strangers for you. Take notice of how your family shows you love everyday. Notice your pet (if you've got one) and how they show you affection. Because I'm sure that if you pay attention to it all, there will always be a concealed reason around you to tap that strength.
And I think that's agreeable. For all of us.
Don't take your life for granted by wasting your strength you have deep down there.
