The soft sound of the cold rain could be heard against the tavern's roof.As a young female and her elder brother sat in front of the fire place in the middle room . The young female looks at her elder brother and says softly to him with a warm smile,"The sound of the rain outside is making me sleepy Buba." He then looks back at her as she lays her head against his arm and he says,"Well sis it is getting late you do need to rest some." She then slowly climbs into his arms feeling tired and he holds her close to him .As she begins to doze off he stands up carefully still holding her in his arms.He goes into her bedroom and starts sets her in her bed but, he hears a loud crash with the sound of shattering glass.He then kisses her forehead as he sets her down after he whispers gently to her,"Stay calm and rest my dear baby sister I'll be back." He covers her body in her thick blanket as he then walks out the bedroom door shutting it behind him quietly. He quickly walks to the front room seeing shattered glass all over the floor. He begins to think what could have happened here,but as he does he sees three men holding there blades after seeing him the man in the middle starts laughing as he says,"Well,well,well, look guys at who we have here the Famous Ruthless,Ha where you been all theses years ? Never thought we would catch up with you, Ey?" Ruthless just looks at them shocked yet angered then he says,"That's none of your business! You Fools!" The other two men move quickly around him heading towards the bedroom where his baby sister's head lays her head.But before he could stop them,the man that was in the middle thrusts his blade towards Ruthless' midsection. As Ruthless quickly pulled out his katana and blocks the man's attack before it could harm him. the man then said laughing at him"If I was you I'd watch what your doing starting now." Ruthless raises his eyebrow giving him a questioning look but a horrified feeling started to fill his mind as he heard his baby sister's scream of pain . He then turns around dashing towards her bedroom where she was and the two men were as Ruthless shouts,"Leave hear alone she has nothing to do with this!" They just looked at him as one held a blood covered dagger. As Ruthless looks at the dagger a drop of blood hits the floor when the man that was in the middle walks in and over to her body. He smiles at Ruthless as he caress her pale now lifeless face . Ruthless started to feel antagonizing pain and regret as he seen his baby sister's body on the floor.He tries to run to her but the other two men hold him back as he shouted,"Get away from her Astaroth!" Astaroth just looked at him with a sly smirk and an amused look from seeing his pain as he the says looking at her,"Why you shouldn't ever be by her you caused her life to end this way cause of what you did" Ruthless finally snaps he slashes the two men's throats and then he dashes toward Astaroth in anger and thrusts his blade through his heart after he does, Astaroth falls to the floor .As Ruthless collapses to his knees next to his baby sister as he cradles her in his arms muttering,"I'm so sorry my dearest baby sister." He stands up slowly but then mutters "Please don't take her from me she's all I have left." He then looked down at her feeling her gently breath once more and hearing her weak heart beat. As he held her the stronger it got he laid her down in his bed as he cleaned her room from what happened but after a few days of him caring for her as she was in a coma, she slowly starts to wake and she looks up at her brother as he looked at her starting to smile. She then mutters softly,"Buba?"He looks down at her saying softly,"Everything is okay my dear sister you are safe I promise." She reaches up for him starting to smile as he holds her once more and from then on she was safe like her brother promised.
