Things are perculiar in Folorida. I was sweating in a short-sleeve T-shirt and shorts....on Christmas night. In all my life on Floridian soil, I've been cold during winter. Now we've got average 70º to 80º all month. Just two years ago, we got record-breaking tempuratures of 6º.

Forgetting the main point of this blog for a moment, I think the most heinous thing here is that you called 4-5 inches miniscule! Last year, we had 3 inches in VA, and I shed tears of joy!

Ok as for all of this crap... Wow

1). Global warming isn't what we need to be scared about. If no one has noticed, we have idiots running the country! (O wait thats normal) Alright, the gases being in the air have much more harmful affects than global warming. Think about the acid rain, and our depleting rainforests. We are completly destroying ecosystems we don't even see. For example, an invasive species of "lilys" has taken over the mississippi river and created what are known as "dead zones". Since agriculture had taken so much fertile soil, the plants took over water, blocking out the sunlight. Without the sunlight the water didn't obtain any oxygen. Without the oxygen the fish died.
2). We don't really need to worry about change. In our lifetime very few changes may happen, what we really need to focus on is "the big picture". We spend life worrying about every little thing, but thats not what life is about. Life is about doing what makes you happy. If speculating makes you happy than good, but its not fair to tell someone they're wrong for believing in global warming. None of us have pure truth on any subject, therefore we all can think what we wish to think.

If someone tells me Climate Change isn't real, I concider them an Idiot. I f someone tells me that the future of mankind is destroyed because of Climate Change, I concider him an idiot.

We don't cause Climate Change, it occurs naturally in a continuative cycle. We may have slighty sped it up, however.

Every decade, the United Nations will bring forth another term as an effort to make rich countries toss money at poor countries through regulatory treaties. First, it was the global cooling scare; then it was the ozone hole scare; next we had the global warming scare; now we have the climate change scare. Aside from all the hot air coming from the politicians and hypocritical celebrities, mankind is not responsible for the troubles of the climate.

I've written about this in the BBs several times. The chemical equations and energy equations do not balance out if we take what the governance scaremongers try to tell us. Oh, no, Earth is the warmest it has been in 500 years! Well, why was it warmer 500 years ago? Why have other planets warmed and cooled at the same pave as Earth? Why do sunspots and volcanoes "coincidentally" increase along with Earth's temperature? Why do the oceans put out more CO2 600 years AFTER warming instead of before it? Why has Al Gore made nearly $500 million selling carbon credits to airlines, while flying around on private jets?

Meh, I'm done ranting.

Another thing is that the Earth's orbit changes. Our current orbit is different to the orbit 10000 years ago (this orbit isn't documented).

From what I've seen, it does exist, it would normally happen, but we are exacerbating it. As you yourself said, we haven't been around long, and the changes we've recorded have been very sudden and rapid by OUR standards, let alone Earth's.

Global warming would normally happen, but I'm pretty sure we're speeding it up significantly.

Erm, contradiction? You said that it doesn't exist (which it does) and then said that it was a part of a cycle. O.o The question is if we can affect that cycle, not whether or not it exists. Hull explains it in this forum thread.
