I've noticed as of late, that there are quite a few admins & mods on this site getting snippy with each other, arguing, or just getting irritable in general. I know I've only been chat mod for a couple months, but I would like to bring this topic to light because I feel that if we were to try to put our differences aside, & get along, not only would it set a good example, BUT, it would make our jobs a LOT easier. It's easier to work together. If this this chat mod don't get along with that profilemod, but needs a profile mod & no others are on, then should the "crime" or issue in question go unpunished in until another profilemod that the first chatmod DOES like comes on? NO, it would be easier to just be civil & try & get alone for the opportunity to better the site. I don't know if this will help any, or if, considering, how low on the totem pole I am, anyone will even pay any attention to this, I'm just hoping to get some sort of point across?
lol-very funny you 2. But my point is-you 2 can be civil. if you don't like another admin, you can be civil enough to go to them if you need another mod of there kind that you don't have the job of, & you don't argue in OPEN chat in front of other members...etc.
thanks, like I said, it's just easier if we can ALL turn to each other instead of the childish 'no I don't like him/her, I'll wait for another' you know?
