What would you do before you die?

Would you count down the days till your death?
Or maybe cry until tears arn't left?

Perhaps you would'nt marry, in fear of losing love.
Or curse at the heavens that lay above.

Your head

Would you lock yourself away, in hopes to stay new?
Or avoid the truth that might haunt you?

Oh tell me child, tell me why.
What would you do before you die?

Regret living life, because fate, you can't choose?
Shut off the T.V. and avoid the news?

Because you know life goes by fast,
Eventually you won't last.

Would you wish you were a diamond?
Just because they won't wear.

Or wish you were like gold,
It's shine uncompared.

Tell me child,
tell me why,
What would you do before you die?
