So I recently found out that one of my three copys of MKDS was a fake, here`s how to avoid this to happen to you.
--1. Phiysical Check--
So If your cartrige stands out in any way to the retail version, it`s more than likely a fake.
Check the image sticker, if it looks off in any way, check the back.
Key things to check on back, Check the logo and font, if they look genaric, it's probably fake.
--2. The Flicker Check--
So when you shut your DS, the game goes to sleep, not fake cartriges though, shut the ds while playing, then open it up to a crack after, it the ds is flickering white, the game is fake.
--3. Other things to look out for--
if you notice the game acting a tiny bit strange or freezing at some random times or your DS not reading it half the time, it's also more than likely a fake.
hopefully this helps you keep a good eye on telling the difference between a real or fake DS game!
This sounds like a helpful blog, that could save a lot of people a lot of potential problems, but it was likely rejected simply because it was too short. (Which is the most common reason otherwise feature-worthy blogs get rejected, it would seem.)
